Michel Bundock
Director (2009-2021) at Groupement des Chefs d’Entreprise du QuébecHe has dedicated his professional life to the development of entrepreneurs in their creativity, audacity, suffering and generosity, through the animation of hundreds of communities of practice. He has been motivated by the conviction that entrepreneurs are at the heart of economic and social prosperity. Through this, he has been able to deploy my skills as an explorer, coach, creator and “servant leader”.
In his organization, the Groupement des chefs d’entreprise, over the past 4 years, they have put in place a culture and a structure that creates a context of intrapreneurs at the service of better entrepreneurs. They have integrated practices of Holacracy, adhocracy, an “Opal” philosophy but still have a long way to go to deploy their raison d’être.
The Nextgen enterprise summit is for him the most beautiful global manifestation of this new world that is emerging, still immanent, but irreversible towards a free, adult management, turned not towards a hierarchical authority but towards the authority of the organization’s raison d’être. He is very happy to participate in this vast “Movement” to develop useful, sustainable and beneficial organizations.
