 Canadian, Belgian, and American, I have always been immersed in a multicultural environment. This environment has fueled my curiosity and led me to seek understanding in how things work, and later on, how organizations function, meaning humans working together.

Passionate about collective intelligence and new modes of governance, I enter organizations to better understand them and to help them become more agile and resilient in the face of complexities. 

And of course, when I say I help organizations, ultimately I support talents to express their skills to the fullest, often within organizations that become self-managed.

For all these reasons, we decided to create Fabric two years ago.
