Sarah Wietermann started her career at Welser Profiles five years ago as an executive assistant to the managing director of sales. Due to her skills in networking and working with people, she has accompanied the transformation process from the beginning and helped shape the change in
corporate culture. Through her work as a sales controller, she was involved right from the start of the
implementation of the cell structure within the company. Having lived abroad for several years, she
was offered the opportunity last year to start the transformation process in our newly acquired
American subsidiary. Today, Sarah works as an internal trainer to promote the roll-out of the self-
governance and to make change tangible in all parts of the organization.
