The book “The New Generation Enterprise” demonstrates through the experiences of 250 leaders across 30 countries that a company’s managerial approach and mission are inherently linked. NextGen organizations align their purpose for positive impact with distributed authority governance, enhancing autonomy, responsibility, transparency, and ultimately trust. This trust attracts and retains talent within a project that surpasses them yet allows for concrete influence.
Political actors in effect, companies are committing to improving society and the environment. They are today both the source, and probably tomorrow, the solution to the challenges of planetary boundaries. In this regard, social and environmental dimensions are systemically linked. And the carbon issue is just one aspect of this immense challenge of the 21st century. Without succumbing to solastalgia, we must envision and implement the foundations of new economic practices.
Senior executives, entrepreneurs, authors, all involved in initiatives with a positive impact on People and the Environment.

H2X Ecosystems is an industrial player present throughout the hydrogen value chain, from production to consumption through storage:
– Electrolyzer,
– High-power electro-hydrogen generator,
– Fuel cells and removable reservoir that can be integrated into H2 mobility solutions: boat, car, bus, car, train, drone.
These equipment are dedicated to creating ecosystems for territories and industries.
For territories, H2X-Ecosystems produces renewable hydrogen and installs a last-mile mobility and delivery solution for all based on solar/hydrogen hybrid vehicles.
In response to climate, social, and societal challenges, H2X-ECOSYSTEMS offers an innovative business model where value is created and maintained locally. The objectives are: reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transportation, reducing the territory’s energy dependence, and developing a new range of mobility services.
For industries, H2X-Ecosystems analyzes energy needs to define the power of available renewable energies to power the H2X-E200 electrolyzer to produce hydrogen on-site. This hydrogen powers the H2X-G350 electro-hydrogen group. The objectives are to improve the industrial carbon footprint, achieve energy autonomy on-site, and possibly valorize the oxygen from water electrolysis.
