Michael Haberfellner started his career at Welser Profile as a Construction Engineer and Technical Feasibility Engineer for punching tools and dies ten years ago. After his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Operations Management he returned in 2019 and stepped in as a Business Development Manager responsible for the setup of the new production site in America and the 1PLUS transformation – Our way to transform the organization into a more agile and flexible one to adapt for future challenges and to create opportunities even over next generations of our family owned business. Michael is part of the transformation steering team and focuses on managing projects and work packages to ensure an impactful continuous transformation. Since January 2022 he works as an internal trainer and leads our Sustainability circle.

Sarah Wietermann started her career at Welser Profiles five years ago as an executive assistant to the managing director of sales. Due to her skills in networking and working with people, she has accompanied the transformation process from the beginning and helped shape the change in corporate culture. Through her work as a sales controller, she was involved right from the start of the implementation of the cell structure within the company. Having lived abroad for several years, she was offered the opportunity last year to start the transformation process in our newly acquired American subsidiary. Today, Sarah works as an internal trainer to promote the roll-out of the self- governance and to make change tangible in all parts of the organization.

Christiane is a seasoned entrepreneur, international coach, consultant, speaker, author, andnpassionate self-organization specialist. She is among the people who pioneered Holacracy in Europe and is co-founder of encode.org llc and Evolution at Work – two enterprises that emerged from evolutionary insights after the game changed. Christiane has recently published her book “New Stories of Love, Power, and Purpose; A Global Invitation to Experiment With the Unknown”, in which she takes her readers on an insightful journey of the full depth and meaningful personal transformation of the shift into self-organization.

Patrick is founding partner at Xpreneurs.co. He has been coaching leaders and their organisations in building full-scale, effective and purpose-driven self-management practices for the last 7 years and worked as an Agile Coach and organizational development consultant for 10+ years before that. He is particularly interested in helping companies build effective, sustainable and resilient self-management practices, beyond hype, performances and make-belief. He’s a certified Holacracy Coach and Trainer.

Anna De Rose started her career at Welser Profile 21 years ago as a controller, then as a team leader in Controlling and, after returning from parental leave, in several roles in- and outside of the accounting department. In 2021, when management recognized the need to build a cell structure organization, Anna pioneered the transformation as a team member of Group Finance. She was actively involved in the transformation as a core team member. Today, in her role as a trainer, she guides departments and people into the cell structure organization and ensures an effective and continuous transformation.

I am responsible for holacracy implementation at Hypoport SE and all its subsidiaries. About half of the companies work purely holacratic (about 1200MA). Furthermore I am working as an Agile and Personal Coach. Everything I do is about how people can work together successfully. Previous stations were: Executive, Managing Director, Consultant, Self-employed, Software Developer.

I am an experienced HR professional, people and leadership inspire me. In the context of implementing our strategy and developing our organisation towards more agility, my focus is on a holistic understanding of this transformation. With my colleagues, I encourage teams and individuals to explore new ways of working together, to keep the goal in mind and to keep finding solutions in their specific challenges at all levels.

Ivo Bättig is a partner, co-owner and consultant of the purpose-driven self-organised digital agency Unic. Before he was working in several international management positions and as a consultant for Accenture. He is a frequent speaker inspiring people about topics around leadership and self-organisation. Driven by his purpose to create and shape more successful purpose organisations with satisfied people and clients he supports individual leaders, large corporations, SMEs and start-ups in their transformation to modern working models.

As Transformation Catalysts in our department we are designing and delivering interventions in the strategy-driven transformation. The scope of interventions is from developing high-level transformation architectures as parts of local business strategy to concrete activities like team workshops, retros, mediation / conflict resolution etc. I live my passion working with people and supporting them to grow.

From Germany, Ted Rau has worked internationally to advocate for consent-based self-governance in organizations. He has worked with various sectors - social enterprises, networks, communities and nonprofits. He is a certified sociocracy consultant and Executive Director of the 200-member, multi-lingual nonprofit Sociocracy For All. He published countless articles and 2 books, Many Voices One Song (2018) and Who Decides Who Decides (2021) that have been translated into several languages. For about a decade, he has lived in a sociocratic intentional community in the USA with his 5 children and 70 neighbors.
