I am an experienced HR professional, people and leadership inspire me. In the context of implementing our strategy and developing our organisation towards more agility, my focus is on a holistic understanding of this transformation. With my colleagues, I encourage teams and individuals to explore new ways of working together, to keep the goal in mind and to keep finding solutions in their specific challenges at all levels.

Before he was working in several international management positions and as a consultant for Accenture. He is a frequent speaker inspiring people about topics around leadership and self-organisation. Driven by his purpose to create and shape more successful purpose organisations with satisfied people and clients he supports individual leaders, large corporations, SMEs and start-ups in their transformation to modern working models.

As Transformation Catalysts in our department we are designing and delivering interventions in the strategy-driven transformation. The scope of interventions is from developing high-level transformation architectures as parts of local business strategy to concrete activities like team workshops, retros, mediation / conflict resolution etc. I live my passion working with people and supporting them to grow.

From Germany, Ted Rau has worked internationally to advocate for consent-based self-governance in organizations. He has worked with various sectors - social enterprises, networks, communities and nonprofits. He is a certified sociocracy consultant and Executive Director of the 200-member, multi-lingual nonprofit Sociocracy For All. He published countless articles and 2 books, Many Voices One Song (2018) and Who Decides Who Decides (2021) that have been translated into several languages. For about a decade, he has lived in a sociocratic intentional community in the USA with his 5 children and 70 neighbors.

After a long experience as a sales and in the interim sector, Hélène joined Partena Professional, in 2009, first as District Manager and then respectively as Human Capital Manager and HR Business Partner. When the Board of Directors decided to transform their pyramidal structure into an autonomous and collaborative organization, she selected and supported ten employees to think about a new organizational and business model. When transformation began she mainly focused on coaching individuals and teams to the new paradigm . Today she still supports teams and individuals in anchoring their transformation and leads a specific leadership program.

Tanya is a facilitator, organizational designer and partner at Target Teal, provoked by questioning power structures, challenging old patterns and sensing into new ones. She uses Organic Organization, Dragon Dreaming, Action Learning and participatory monitoring and evaluation methods to help organizations transition into more responsive and collaborative systems. For over 20 years she has worked with teams and on projects in diverse contexts, with the intuit of distributing authority and autonomy, while creating space for people to work with integrity.

Co-founder and co-developer of Sociocracy 3.0, James currently spends his time helping people to get the best out of S3. Besides developing and delivering learning journeys for people around the world, he works with organizations to improve productivity and engagement, increase agility and grow resilient learning organizations where BOTH the people and the organization can thrive.

Together with my colleagues I strive to catalyze success at the human workplace, focusing on organizational transformation, transformational capabilities and a growth mindset. With a broad experience in different industries, having worked both as an internal and an external consultant in headquarters, but also in local functions, I am currently supporting the Baloise transformation into an organization where each of us is “being quick to adapt, team up and achieve”.

Amon van den Borg is CEO and co-founder of Arts en Zorg, the largest primary care organization in the Netherlands. After a career in the military, Amon changed his focus to healthcare, where he started in medical project development in emerging economies. This experience convinced him of the importance of demand and data-driven organized healthcare to make good quality healthcare accessible to everyone. He is a firm believer in entrepreneurship to achieve meaningful innovations. During the last five years, he has set his organization on a path to cultural and technological transformation. Amon lives in Bussum (near Amsterdam) in the Netherlands. He is married and has three adult children. His interests range from outdoor sports to history, arts, and music..

Pierre Duquesnoy has been with Roche for 4 years. As a Civil Engineer, he has energized various roles in Facility Management at Roche's headquarters in Basel. Passionate about new organizational forms, Pierre has contributed to the implementation of the new purpose-driven organizational model within PS Site Services in the roles of trainer and administrator of the Holaspirit platform.

Pierre-Boris has more than 20 years of experience in management and coaching, working with large and small organizations in multicultural contexts. 10 years ago, inspired by the self-management principles of Holacracy, he led his first transformation of a leading technology company. Today, at Phusis, he stewards the shift of full-scale organizations towards more connected collaborative management structures and cultures. He is mainly focusing on developing systems intelligence of leaders and teams and on transforming relationships into powerful authentic partnerships. He is a student of contemplative sciences whereby he draws many inspirations in coaching leaders.
